Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift. Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures. Report all equipment issues in a timely manner. Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations. Physical Requirements Include Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation. Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to grip a steering wheel for extended periods of time.     Responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient courteous manner displaying a high standard of guest services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience. Assists Food Servers in serving the guests throughout their meal, observing the guests for any requests for service, clears all dishes from the table after guests are through eating, continually providing them with a clean, neat eating area. Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items. Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly. Maintains professional grooming and appearance. Keeps sight lines neat and organized. Sweeps or mops as necessary. Serve ice water as necessary.
