Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows:
GL-5/GL-7 $49,739 - $89,518 per year
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical assignments include:

Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband

Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR

Other Requirements

Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. Job Summary

Qualifications

Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of

Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Testing and providing supervised exercise services at the Exercise Clinic
Assisting with exercise physiology laboratory classes including competency testing
Attendance at weekly GA meetings
Maintaining office hours and availability to assist students with skills practice
Supervision of Personalized Exercise Program (PEP) assessments and implementation
Data entry for Exercise Clinic, PEP, and Department Databases
Marketing efforts including working the EXS and CEP booth, speaking to high school and undergrad college students about the programs, and assisting in a needs analysis project for CEPs in the region
Desired Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience include:
Bachelor of Science degree, major in Exercise Science.
Must meet eligibility requirements for admission to Graduate Studies at the University of Mary.
Preference will be given to graduate students accepted into the University of Mary Master of Science Clinical Exercise Physiology Program (MSCEP).

The University of Mary Exercise Physiology Department consists of the Exercise Science Program, Bachelor of Science degree, and Clinical Exercise Physiology Program, Master of Science degree. Both programs in the department involve a clinical emphasis in the curriculum, practice standards and domains published by the American College of Sports Medicine, research experience, and fieldwork/internship experience. The Department of Exercise Physiology also serves the community via a pro bono Exercise Clinic, staffed by graduate and undergraduate students and supervised by faculty.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Create attendee recruiting strategy for assigned projects
+ Manages recruiting efforts per guidelines identified by the project manager and client.
+ Work with senior team members to generate applicable invitation lists for each event.
+ Adherence to compliance regulations, i.e. debarment rules, repeat rules, etc.
+ Participate in internal and external meetings on a weekly basis
+ Work in CVENT to track incoming registrations and manage the registrant approval process
+ Work in CVENT to run registration reports and disseminate to the appropriate distribution list.

+ Work with meeting managers on collection and tracking of contracts and W9s and monitoring compliance to all guidelines.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 3+ years' experience in related field, preferred
+ Previous experience working with HCPs preferably with and oncology and/or rheumatology focus
+ Experience in event marketing, event planning, or audience recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry, highly preferred
+ Experience working with event management systems (CVENT) and with CRM systems
+ Strong Excel experience preferred (Vlookups, etc highly preferred)
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Strong written and verbal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
+ Ability to travel up to 35% (approx 1x per month for a few days)
