Responsibilities: - Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters, procedures, and medical histories - Accurately transcribe medical information into electronic health records (EHR) systems - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation - Prepare and organize patient charts for appointments and procedures - Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients Requirements: - Previous experience as a medical assistant and/or a medical scribe or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Schedule: part time Day shift Work Location: In person
