About the role:

Lead continuous improvement through the Quality System Steward and Community of Practice model against strategic roadmap plans of activities.
Lead the implementation of training, development of technical tools and drive continuous improvement and efficiency to support a preventive quality culture.
Review and assess changes to standards and regulations applicabe the Production and Process Control processes for potential impact to BSC and initiate projects, as needed, to ensure continued compliance.
Lead or oversee quality projects of major magnitude and scope. Provide input and oversight to overall quality project portfolio and project priorities.
Facilitate external audits through leadership in audit front rooms, back rooms, training for SME's, creation of storyboard material and site level support for Global procedures.
Deliver process improvements through the VIP model with year over year savings against a multimillion-dollar yearly goal.
Act as a CAPA owner for corrective actions necessary to improve the global processes as appliable within the global processes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Regulatory Submissions/Approvals
You will be responsible to prepare national and international regulatory submissions for Integer owned devices. You will provide team support and leadership for product submissions and consult with multiple sources for information in order to to prepare submissions.

Customer Support
You will coordinate the review of and responses to customer requests/queries for information related to process and products and maintain respective tracking logs.

You will obtain external regulatory documents in support of customer requests (ex. CFG's, CFS's) and facilitate the legalization/authentication/apostilling of such documents, as required.
External and Internal Audits
You may perform and support internal quality system audits in accordance with Integer quality management system procedures and according to the external requirements as indicated in the Integer Quality Manual.
You will participate in regulatory and Notified Body audits as a regulatory team member in either back room or front room activities and may compile, organize and track responses to findings.

Location Details/Description: Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge, Middle River, MN.
Agassiz National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1937 and consists of 61,500 acres of wetland and upland habitats in northwestern Minnesota. The refuge lies in the aspen parkland transition zone between the boreal forest to the north and east and the tallgrass prairie to the south and west. Twenty-six wetland impoundments that range in size from 30 to 9,000 acres provide a variety of habitats for both nesting and migrating birds. Two natural lakes lie within 4,000 acres of black spruce-tamarack bog that has been designated as Wilderness by the National Wilderness Preservation System. In addition to being a breeding ground for numerous waterfowl and other bird species, the refuge is also noted for two resident packs of gray wolves, nesting bald eagles, occasional moose and colonial nesting birds - specifically Franklin's gulls.
While Agassiz NWR is nestled in rural Minnesota, it is approximately 25 miles from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, 55 miles from Grand Forks, North Dakota, and 77 miles from Bemidji, Minnesota, all of which have necessary amenities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

This individual placement is meant to facilitate professional development and promotes exposure to land management agencies and networking with professionals. This could include gaining experience in different conservation fields and shadowing different work groups.

Position Benefits

We're hiring an AML/CFT Fraud Analyst at Border Bank! This position may office at any of our current Border Bank locations in Fargo, North Dakota, Badger, Baudette, Clearbrook, Coon Rapids, Greenbush, International Falls, Middle River, Roseau, or Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
The AML/CFT & Fraud Analyst plays a critical role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity across all banking channels. Along with ensuring the bank's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and related laws. The AML/CFT & Fraud Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to protect customer assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold our reputation for integrity and trust. This position supports the bank's efforts to detect and report suspicious activity, maintain robust customer due diligence and uphold regulatory standards.
AML/CFT Fraud Analyst Accountabilities:
* Monitor & investigate transaction activity across deposit, loan and digital banking platforms for signs of fraud or AML/CFT violations and escalate.
* Investigate suspicious account behavior, unauthorized transaction and escalate suspicious activity.
* Collaborate with Compliance, IT, and Customer Service teams to resolve fraud cases and mitigate risk.
* Analyze fraud trends and contribute to the development of detection rules and prevention strategies.
* Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) in accordance with regulatory timelines.
* Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, including periodic risk assessments.
* Assist in the implementation of BSA/AML Software and tools.
* Assist in maintaining and updating Fraud & AML/CFT policies, procedures, and risk models.
* Educate staff and customers on fraud prevention best practices.
* Stay current on changes to all regulatory and industry best practices.
AML/CFT Fraud Analyst Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in Fraud & AML/CFT compliance or financial crimes investigation.
* Prefer experience with BSA/AML software (e.g. Verafin, BAM+, FIS, or similar).
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL or data visualization tools for analytic reporting.
