POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is critical to ensuring that customer orders are shipped in full and on time by identifying, analyzing, and resolving any issues that may cause order shortages (โshortsโ). Daily Shorts Management:
Investigate and resolve reasons why orders are โshortโ (i.e., cannot ship in full or on time), and determine the best course of action to rectify the situation.
Root Cause Identification:
Evaluate issues such as delayed packing, quality holds, transit delays, skipped work orders, reworks, early ship dates, or lead time issues.
Systems Utilization:
Use JDE ERP software to run reports (Open Order Report, Item Availability), manage allocations, and analyze item-level data.
Reference Transplace for logistics status.
Use Microsoft Excel to build tools and dashboards for internal tracking and communication.
Inventory Monitoring:
Investigate and resolve reasons why Finished Good Inventory is on Hold and determine the best course of action to rectify the situation, in collaboration with QC/QA and OPs.
Identity potential Excess Stock risks, in collaboration with Planning and Sales. Determine best course of action, to avoid rework and alternative channel LTO sales.
Monitor and track Component Inventory; validate Expiry Dates, Safety Stock levels are accurate and physical vs system inventory is reconciled.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Collaborate with production, planning, quality, customer service, and sales to provide timely updates and ensure alignment on fulfillment status and issue resolution.
Allocation Support:
Ensure orders are properly prioritized and allocated by the required deadlines to maintain customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency.
Customer & Sales Support:

Stock Transfers:

Position Accountabilities

Account payable/Grower accounting Assitant
Lodi, CA
Purpose:
The accounts payable clerk is responsible for all processes and workflow that lead to the timely payment of vendors. The workflow will include accurate and timely processing of payments for 3 entities (all related), audit assistance, gathering and maintaining adequate and accurate documentation, vendor communication, and payment management of all vendor accounts
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews all invoices and gather appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Reconciles vendor statements and researches discrepancies
Answers all vendor inquiries
Maintains all AP reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files
Maintains accurate coding to the general ledger for all cost components to vendor invoices
Manages purchase order processing, receiving, and posting in the accounting system
Assists Controller and other accounting staff as necessary
Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures and asks for guidance where direct guidance is not expressly given
Manages and processes all 1099 transactions
Manages sales and use tax payable by the company
Tracks and manages company vehicles and insurance-related issues
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
Performs filing and copying
Performs other duties as assigned
Gather data and verify grower information for accuracy
Input data in database and reconcile grower pack out information
Research information needed for completing documents
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Basic spreadsheet applications (MS Excel and Google Sheets)
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Discreet handling of all business matters
Flexible work availability including weekends
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Availability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
Physical Demands of the Position
Regularly required to stand and walk
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crawl and spend time making repetitive motions
Moderate handling that demands crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Job Summary:The Soccer Referee is responsible for enforcing the rules of the game during matches in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. This role is located at our Big League Dreams Manteca location and requires a strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game, quick decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to manage players, coaches, and game flow effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Officiate soccer matches by enforcing league-specific regulations
Start and end games on time, ensuring the correct length for each half and stoppage time
Make calls on fouls, offsides, handballs, and other infractions
Issue yellow and red cards when appropriate
Manage on-field behavior and resolve disputes in a calm, authoritative manner
Work alongside assistant referees (if applicable) to ensure accurate calls
Inspect field conditions and equipment before the match
3 - 5 games per night are available
Requirements:
1 year of referee experience necessary
In-depth knowledge of the Laws of the Game
Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to remain neutral and composed under pressure
Working Conditions:
Indoor facility with indoor soccer rules
Must be available for evenings and weekends
Pay: $20 - $22 per 45 minute game.
