Prioritizes and schedules exams. Coordinates exams with medical staff, physician offices, other caregivers and patients. Prepares for the exam by following patient identification processes, educating patient and family on procedure, and transporting the patient. Minimum Qualifications ARDMS, ARRT or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography. Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified. As an owner-operator (you operate under an owner-operator agreement with Decker). Equipment required: You provide your tractor Freight & lanes: Choose freight type (Flatbed or Reefer) Choose preferred region No forced dispatch. Decker matches you with loads that fit your schedule and preferences. Schedule: Flexible - keep independence over routing and home-time decisions while accessing consistent freight. Pay Base revenue split: Flatbed: 65% standard split; elect carrier-installed inward & outward event recorders to increase to 70%. Refrigerated (Reefer): 65% standard split; elect carrier-installed inward & outward event recorders to increase to 70%. Fuel surcharge & reefer fuel handling: Reefer: Contractor receives 90% of the total fuel surcharge on temperature-controlled loads (100% on dry loads). Flatbed: Contractor receives 100% of the total fuel surcharge. Bonuses (monthly scorecard): Earn additional per-mile bonuses based on safety, fuel compliance, idle, miles and service performance via Decker's IC scorecard. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions, offers, and promotions. Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, pay equity legislation, and internal governance. HR Technology & Systems Oversee HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, compensation tools, performance management, and data integration systems). Partner with IT and vendors to manage system integrations, data governance, and user access/security. Develop dashboards and automation tools to streamline HR processes and decision-making. Reporting Develop and maintain key people metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure workforce trends, turnover, engagement, compensation equity, and productivity. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for HR leadership and business executives. Partner with Finance and business leaders to forecast workforce costs, model compensation scenarios, and support headcount planning. Champion a culture of data literacy within HR, ensuring accurate and ethical use of workforce data. Leadership & Collaboration Lead cross-functional workgroups focused on compensation operations, data analytics, and HR systems support.
