Job Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Rep you will post customer payments and issue credit memos to accounts. You will resolve collections by examining customer payment history and credit line. You will be responsible for verifying the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from the sales department, transportation and from customers. There will also be a customer service element as you will confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and help solve any issues.
Additional responsibilities include:
Posting customer payments by recording checks, and credit card transactions
Posting revenues by verifying and entering transactions from deposits
