Position Description A Designer I in the Electrical Engineering team is responsible for various technical design assignments including system and component performance enhancements, new product features, process improvements, and research & development activities. The Designer I will be expected to champion the corporate standards and dimensioning protocols for design models and engineering drawings. This position will also include being part of cross-functional teams assigned with developing new products and platforms to meet scope, quality, schedule, and cost commitments. This position is hybrid with an optional work-from-home day on Friday and may involve occasional travel to visit manufacturing facilities and customer sites.
