The qualified applicant will have two to three years' experience in all facets of fine dining cuisine. Must be a self-starter, a team player, able to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor. Preparation of a quality product and commitment to consistency are crucial. This is a full-time position. 2 weeks vacation, 8 sick days and 8 paid holidays. SUMMARY
Prepare and set up of sauté station and appetizer set up. Assists Chef in set up and cooking of meals as needed. Prepares food in accordance with club recipes and standards. Clean up sauté area and food service line.

Cook/sautés food when ordered.
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices: keeps work station clean at all times.
Covers, wraps, and returns all unused food products to proper storage areas.
Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small ware items to the proper areas.
Assists with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors when needed.
Qualifications
