Line Cook/The Dishwasher at Five Iron will support the team leader in managing all aspects of our kitchen. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Open/close kitchen when needed.

Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff.
Credentials in health and safety training.
Certification that meets local requirements.
Must be flexible with hours.
