Essential Duties:
Work under direction of Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Line Cook at Ojo Caliente, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and be part of a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include preparing mouthwatering meals primarily on the hot side of the kitchen, utilizing a variety of cooking techniques such as stovetop, oven, grill, and flat-top. You'll work with the freshest ingredients, following established recipes, specifications, and standards to deliver high-quality dishes that will leave our guests craving more.
Responsibilities
Prepare food for service (e.g. grilling, sautéing, butchering meat, preparing sauces etc.)
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare and assemble menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff, ensuring that high quality food comes out simultaneously and in a timely manner.
Follow instructions from Chef Manger.
Clean up the station and properly store leftover food.
Label and stock inventory appropriately.
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on established schedule.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Line Cook at Ojo Caliente, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and be part of a high-performing team.
