What will I be doing?
As a Cook III, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Cooks will need to be able to read, comprehend and consistently execute established recipes.
* They must also listen to, and comprehend, kitchen supervisor instructions.

Has the ability to complete an accurate inventory count each month and has a firm understanding of cost of goods sold.

Assists the Executive Chef in planning all menus with the club's Food and Beverage Director.
