Purpose of the Position
Prepare, prioritize and execute recipes in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and indirectly to others in management.

Position Summary
Responsible for overall performance of Culinary Operations in the Restaurant. The BOH LineCook/Prep is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent food quality,preparation, and presentation.
