Job Summary:
Prep/LineCooks will arrive on time to prepare and serve our delicious and delectable menu to our growing customer base. Cooks will prepare and serve our food with a smile and respond appropriately to the flow of business using downtime for prep and clean and using rush time to accurately prepare ordered menu items.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare cold foods, operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
Prepare food in a fast-paced kitchen
Expedite orders while maintaining food being cooked on flat top, fryers, and ovens.
Observe and test food to determine quality and safety by regulating temperature of ovens, grills, and fryers
Cook foods by baking, roasting, frying, and grilling
Maintain inventory/stock freezer, refrigerator and storeroom,prep tables, and utilize the FIFO system of rotation
Prepare dinner items prior to service based on typical volume of each night using standard FIFO Guidelines
Assist and train other kitchen personnel in proper guidelines in temperature control and sanitation of workstations
Craft delicious food that connects guests to our signature bowling experience that exhilarates the taste buds and nourishes the soul
Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by management
Required Skills/Abilities:
Background as a prep/linecook or related experience

The LineCook is responsible for assisting with meal and food preparation, regulation compliance (reporting), and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by Food Service Director.
