Food and Beverage Service (80%): Prepare and cook food for buffet service, ensuring setup, quality, and consistency meet Oxford standards Prepare hors d'oeuvres for the afternoon reception, maintaining freshness and presentation Assist with menu preparation, contributing ideas and ensuring proper execution Maintain food presentation and temperature control, ensuring an appealing and safe dining experience for both buffet and bistro service Prepare and provide food for banquet functions as needed, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are met Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining area as needed, including dishwashing in the absence of a dishwasher and sanitizing food-contact surfaces throughout the day Assist with food and supply orders, receiving and properly storing shipments Ensure food quality meets expectations, including taste, texture, and visual presentation Clear and clean tables after guest use, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment Perform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures.
