Purpose of the Position
Prepare, prioritize and execute recipes in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and indirectly to others in management.

The Madison is looking for a Line cook. This is an entry-level cooking position under the supervision of chef/sous chef. Prepare basic cooking procedures by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meats and other meal prep items.
The Madison Club is open during the winter & spring season, and this role will be for a full time, seasonal need from October- June. Key Responsibilities
