Summary/Objective This position ensures the set up and quality of products through thorough assessment and analyses using specific procedural standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:. Grain Etch parts using acids in tank. Verification of parts to paperwork. Load/Unload parts per PEI. Soak parts in acids and rinse properly with water. Operate power washing equipment. Hand dry parts or operate automatic parts washer. Communicate issues with Waste Water Department and Level II Inspector. Monitor acid tank levels and schedule change-outs. Perform daily gage audits on acid tanks. Record all work performed in Lot Control. Perform other duties in department as assigned by Supervision.
