Collaborates with Spider to verify components for job order are the correct components and are available at production line Assigns workers to work stations to meet production requirements Monitors production and adjusts work assignments, supply of material, and machine operation when necessary.Review job order instructions with Line team members Train Line team members Performs basic adjustments on various machines.Performs basic line / job change-over operations Prepare paperwork for skid tickets, line checks, and quality checks Update production metrics on whiteboard Refers extensive machine repairs to maintenance personnel.Complete final paperwork and ensure content is accurate per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Perform quality checks of the line May lead a team of 2-9 employees Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Work Schedule:

The Fill Line Associate's work schedule is Monday thru Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime hours worked on Fridays.

What You'll Do:

In collaboration with the operations manager, the Fill Line Lead coordinates the day-to-day operations of the fill line, ensuring processes/procedures are followed to produce quality, world-class customizable hair, skin, and body care products.

  • Lead and monitor Fill Line Associates to ensure processes and procedures are being followed correctly
  • Provide support and quick response for problems, questions, suggestions, training needs, and fill-in to help batch makers maintain production goals.
  • Identify and report problems and potential problems regarding materials quality and other work-related issues and recommend corrective action promptly.
  • Train, develop, and mentor new and existing employees to demonstrate the required knowledge and skills.
  • Communicate with various other roles, including Material Handler and other Leads to set priorities and meet production needs
  • Maintain batch cards and any other assigned data collection daily
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times, recognizing the importance of these to achieving quality standards
