Job Responsibilities
Position Summary: As a Cobot Production Technician, you will be responsible to set-up, program and validate various robotic solutions. You will be working with all levels within our organization. This involves being able to successfully maintain aggressive schedules and represent the company favorably. This position offers high levels of independence to the right candidate who demonstrates the desire and ability to self-manage. Position Responsibilities:
Main functions of the job are to use skills to assemble, install, program, test, troubleshoot and repair robotic system and automation.
Perform process troubleshooting and perform machine adjustments to assist the production department with processing of quality parts.
Work well with a team and be prepared to work cross functionally with multiple skilled trade personnel, production personnel, engineers and management.
Deploy automation technology to improve and streamline our manufacturing process, responsible for implementation and project execution.
Streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while still maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations.
Deploy custom robotics, automation machines and computer vision solutions.
Continually learning and researching new technologies and incorporating them into automated design and robotics, in both a controls and programming capacity.
Providing support for equipment in the field.
Identify, understand, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Performing preventive or corrective maintenance on automation systems and components.
Performs special projects as assigned.

Production Workers

Job DescriptionSalary: DOE
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND & DRUG SCREEN.
Will be required to work overtime and weekends when required.
Manufacturing Production Operators are responsible for mixing raw materials to create finished products according to batch tickets. Production Operators operate within Blends, Spray Dry, Super Coat or Rice or Packing.
Key Responsibilities
Follow SOPs, GMPs, Food Safety, Human Safety and company policies.
Maintain a disciplined and methodical approach to each blend being accountable for the results of the produced lot.
Perform housekeeping in assigned area and in other areas of the plant.
Maintain a teamwork attitude to assist others, or work in areas that you may not be primarily assigned to.
Duties and Day-to-Day Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
Sets up and start mixing tank(s) and blender(s).
Obtains and understands all documentation for making batches. Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch.
Pouring powders into mixer(s) in predetermined quantities up to and including 55 pounds.
Operates equipment (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts, etc.) safely.
Follows lab instructions regarding batch approval, adjustments, and any additional requirements.
Perform basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, sealing, package counts and evaluating product or package appearance.
Communicates with material handlers and packers when materials are needed and batches are ready to pack.
Completes all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner.
Observes safety requirements set forth by the company.
Operates a forklift, manual pallet jack or other equipment to move empty pallets, bags and other supplies.
May be utilized to package products.
Performs other duties as required and directed.
Work Environment:
The production environment is exposed to cold and heat. The employee will work inside and outside and may be exposed to several elements (i.e., dust, noise, extreme cold and heat) and a variety of working environments.
Dusty environment requires FIT test for respirator use. Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required such as bump cap, gloves and safety toe footwear.
Work conditions also include elevated areas, ascending/descending, and working on ladders, scaffolding, and portable work areas/platforms will also be required.
May be required to frequently stand for 85 percent and walk around for 10 percent of shift.
The job also requires working in confined spaces to inspect, repair, and troubleshooting inside process equipment and other confined access.
Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.
Forklift trained preferred.
Must be available for nights, weekends, occasional overtime and some holidays.
Capable of reading and comprehending documents, scales and safety manuals in English.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Able to perform these operations using weight and volume measurements.
Must keep a clean shaven face for proper respirator wear.
Basic math, reading and writing skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times.
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, climbing and reaching.
Able to lift 55 lbs on a regular basis.
Able to work 8 hour shifts standing.
Reliable and punctual.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

What you will be doing:
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet
Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a fork lift, pallet jack, clamp truck or other power equipment
Requirements:
High school education or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
1 to 2 years of experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
Experience using minimum of 4 pieces of warehouse equipment
Exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management system or comparable system
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment
