Bachelor's degree or equivalent education7+ years of personal lines agency (either independent or captive) insurance industry and sales experience preferred, including high net worth clientele Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required Exposure to personal lines accounts of 10K+ in premium Familiarity with high net worth focused insurance carriers (e.g. Chubb, PURE, Berkley One, etc.)

Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationMinnesota State Insurance Producer License required.

Travel
Local and domestic travel as required to perform duties and responsibilities
