This position is primarily a working field Supervisor for FTTP. The Supervisor will oversee an entire wing of FTTP Construction (String, MST or Distribution Cable), with Team Leads reporting directly to the Supervisor. The Supervisor will serve as direct report to the FTTP Construction Manager for the purposes of monitoring and developing all FTTP personnel and processes. The Supervisor will assist the Manager with administrative tasks, personnel issues, production agendas and efficiency initiatives.
Provide daily oversight of String, MST and/or Distribution Cable Teams in the field. Assure that production outpaces deadlines at all times, adjusting staffing in the field as needed to fit priorities. Procure tools and job-related items as needed. Monitor associates' daily team assignments and track overall clock-in/clock-out accuracy. Deliver coaching and/or corrective action to associates as needed, escalating issues to Manager when appropriate. Assure that every FTTP associate completes all periodic Nelnet and/or ALLO training modules in a timely fashion. Report staffing and construction quality trends to Manager. Coordinate with Warehouse personnel and Fiber Analyst team to assure accurate inventory and efficient scheduling of FTTP workflow. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE: Previous FTTP Team Lead experience is mandatory. Supervisor is expected to have a full working knowledge of all three wings of FTTP Construction within 60 days of promotion. COMPETENCIES - SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: FTTP cross-training will be provided for the right candidate-attitude, culture and leadership abilities are key to this position. Must be a team player and problem solver who can facilitate teamwork between different wings of construction and maintain high morale while exceeding production goals. Must be an excellent problem solver and have the ability to prioritize objectives. Must work well with other Supervisors and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders on all levels. Must be able to work outside in all seasons and operate all related FTTP and/or warehouse-related equipment. About the Role

The Production Supervisor will be the most recent hire in our new Dry Ice Manufacturing Facility and report to the Plant Manager. The team is responsible for overseeing the processes for making and shipping dry ice. This role will oversee the overnight shift and lead 2 associates, and also help to implement new processes and create metrics to help us optimize the new facility with the goal of reaching 100% efficiency.

Note: This position is for the overnight shift (10pm-6am) & the facility is located in Edmond, OK.

Responsibilities

* Day to day operations of the dry ice machine - manufacturing, picking, packing, maintenance
* Supervise plant operations and organize and monitor work processes and procedures
* Develop team through training and coaching of employees, identifying areas of opportunity for growth and continual process improvement
* Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
* Ensure efficient operations by developing work and production schedules, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, and implementing new procedures

Requirements

* Warehouse (packing/processing/production) experience
* Supervisor experience leading a small to medium sized team
* Forklift experience - expected to operate forklift
* Attention to detail
* Accountability to themselves, their team, and the ability to hold others accountable
* Comfortable and confident in a fast-paced work environment

Nice-to-haves

* Certifications - first aid/cpr trained, project management, production/six sigma, other

**Position Summary**

The Virtual Production Supervisor is responsible for west coast oversight and integration of all physical acquisition and virtual production stage technology within the Lucasfilm Companies.

**What you'll do**

+ Design an approach plan and/or recommendations for virtual production requests ranging from basic body mocap to complex on-set capture and visualization, working in tandem with the engineering team, show Virtual Production Supervisor, and/or VFX/Anim Supervisors.

+ Work closely with Virtual Production Engineering to stay aware of all relevant active development within ILM, Lucasfilm, and Disney. Communicate clearly as a product owner/stakeholder to identify the priorities for the stage team in San Francisco.

+ Work with the Virtual Production Producers and/or show Virtual Production Supervisor to generate an accurate estimate of the stage or on-set labor based on a thorough approach plan; advise on casting/sourcing talent to effectively incorporate performance capture into our prospective projects.

+ Supervise the onsite stage team in assisting the virtual production needs for both ILM and Lucasfilm.

+ Partners with the Virtual Production Engineering teams in planning and execution of technology development projects, ensuring that priorities are in line with show/project needs.

+ Supervises demonstrations and preshow/greenlight tests to prove capabilities and potential of performance capture/virtual production.

+ Advise directors on character casting and assist directors in crafting a desired performance when needed.

+ Oversee Virtual Production Stage crew by providing training, mentoring, and guidance on running shoots and projects independently.

+ Plans and manages the local virtual production budget and plans spending for the following fiscal year.

+ Evaluate and maintain virtual production needs and standards for potential and ongoing projects, and ensure that documentation of these standards and approach plans are maintained according to ILM Best Practices.

+ Train the location crew in ILM Best Practices for on-set virtual production, including body and facial capture as needed, including advising on professional photography equipment & techniques for location use.

+ Create and maintain capture vendor & service bureau relationships; stay up to date on the stage capture equipment and software.

+ Responsible for the delivery of good captured data that plugs into the ILM CG pipeline; work closely with show leadership to ensure that captured data integrates successfully into the ILM CG pipeline.

+ Supervise motion retargeting, editing, and delivery of data shot internally or externally.

+ Supervise preparation for all virtual production shoots, including scene assembly and asset preparation.

+ Ensure asset and delivery pipelines are properly configured for each virtual production show. Work closely with the Virtual Production Engineering team to improve the pipeline.

+ Maintain the stage technology infrastructure, including mocap systems & video acquisition and distribution; plan and supervise stage infrastructure improvement projects.

+ Partners with Virtual Production Producers on space, staffing, equipment, and budgetary needs for the following fiscal year.

+ Attend trade shows and travel to vendors for tech evaluations, etc.

+ Supervise in-house bluescreen element shoots as needed.

+ Supervises and directs facial Medusa captures on and offsite.

**What we're looking for**

Virtual Production Supervisor, MPC (Freelance Position):

We are looking for a Virtual Production Supervisor to work with our team on a groundbreaking show to create a state of the art pipeline for virtual production. The position is a department leadership role for an upcoming feature film. The ideal candidate will come with extensive virtual production stage experience -- particularly in Unreal Engine -- as well as a thorough knowledge of virtual cinematography hardware peripherals and VFX pipelines.

Technical Skills/Qualifications

* Proven experience in feature film or TV visual effects pipelines
* Strong Virtual Production stage experience leading shows, including live motion capture, virtual camera shoots and on-set etiquette (this is a client-facing role)
* Expert skills working with Unreal Engine and blueprints
* Experience with VFX pipelines (Maya, Unreal and Houdini)
* Experience leading teams with agile development and SCRUM methodology and using agile development tools such as Jira
* Prior experience building pipeline tools for production in either Maya or Unreal
* Ability to inspire & lead with a people-first mindset.
* Ability to think critically and put the needs of our projects and teams ahead of your own.
* Passion to thrive in a fast-paced development environment and lead a team of developers
* Knowledge of TCP/UDP networking protocols a plus
* Experience with source control a plus

* Capable of operating onsite alone to professionally represent Belcan to support multiple parties" interests (Customer/Supplier).
* Operate with speed and precision.
* Ability to travel as needed and deploy rapidly in short notice to begin work due to assessment, supply chain disruptions, and project improvement initiatives.
* Background working with Automotive/Aerospace/Industrial OEMs, suppliers, and/or tooling and machine operations.
* Demonstrated capability to accurately assess deficiencies in manufacturing processes, and possesses the technical know-how to troubleshoot and solve complex manufacturability problems.
* Must have experience in both short and long-term improvement projects, with demonstrated capability to gain consensus and implement manufacturing process improvements.
* Proficient in their understanding and performance drivers of contracted KPIs
* Root cause analysis and lean methodologies to aid in both throughput, quality and capacity related issues.

Desired but not required skills:

* Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of design for manufacturing concepts.
* Hands on experience in the shop/manufacturing environment.
* Understanding of Mechanics of Materials and Structural Design.
* Knowledge of CAD Modeling (2D, 3D).

In this role you will verify new patient insurance coverage and to re‐verify existing patient insurance coverage for medical supply eligibility and billing purposes.

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Verification and documentation of new patient insurance coverage and coordinating costs for supplies in order to communicate to the patient and billing the patient order cost.
* Re‐verification of existing patient insurance coverage to ensure that repeat order cost and eligibility is communicated to the patient and the billing department.
* Contact insurance carriers to request any prior authorizations as needed for patients that must seek prior approval before obtaining medical supplies.
* Verification of insurance coverage through HIPAA and regulatory complaint out bound phone calls or via the provider's online portal.
* Communication internally with Sales operations or Medical Billing operations of insurance eligibility for each new and existing patient in order to complete the sale or obtain further medical documentation.
* Communication externally with patients to explain information received relative to their insurance benefit and how it relates to their medical supply purchase
* Develops and maintains knowledge in medical terminology, billing and insurance guidelines
* Track daily production and submit daily log to direct supervisor

To be successful in this role, you require:

* Production/Quality Metrics: Demonstrate ability to produce one (1) completed insurance verification every 9‐11 minutes on average, with an error rate of 3.5% or less each calendar quarter. Production and quality standards are at the sole discretion of management.
* 1+ years medical industry or call center/customer service experience
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

Education and experience required:

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
