The most common degree for line technicians is high school diploma with 33% graduates, with only 28% line technician graduates earning associate degree. Line technicians who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or Middle Tennessee State University. Some good skills to have in this position include customer service, safety procedures and preventative maintenance.
