These roles are hands-on first shift roles. Responsibilities: Assemble product components and sub-assemblies for laboratory equipment and medical devices. Read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and wiring schematics. Use hand and power tools such as drills, rivet guns, and presses. Perform quality checks and testing to ensure every unit meets our high standards. Record data in our SAP system for production tracking and inventory management. Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Power tool experience (required) Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab settings is preferred but not required Ability to follow technical instructions and recognize part numbers and color codes. Team-oriented mindset, commitment to safety and willingness to learn. Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
