Foaming Operations
Operate and monitor the foaming oven to ensure consistent production and optimal efficiency.
Perform quality checks using micrometers, scales, and other measurement tools to verify product specifications.
Remove finished rolls from the oven and package them according to standard procedures.
Accurately track and record production metrics, downtime, and material usage in the MRP system.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Extrusion Operations
Operate extrusion equipment to meet daily production and quality targets.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This job operates in a Manufacturing and production/assembly environment. This role uses shop equipment, power tools and hand tools. Long periods of standing; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Travel
Local travel to perform pick up and deliveries. Valid driver's license is required.
