Large Magnetics Assembler Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Build transformers and assemblies using drawings, work instructions, and other documentation.
Prepare and assemble wire connections using crimping, tinning, insulating, and other techniques.
Assemble components, subassemblies, or systems using hand and power tools (manual, electric, or pneumatic).
Set up and build magnetic cores, steel laminations, and wound coils using stacking, banding, and interleaving methods.
Perform disassembly and rework/repair as needed.
Solder, braze, or epoxy components using soldering irons, torches, and appropriate tools.
Use fixtures, jigs, and calibrated measuring tools to ensure assembly accuracy and quality.
Clean and prep work surfaces for soldering, brazing, or applying adhesives.
Hermetically seal units using solder or braze techniques.

Enter data into ERP systems and complete documentation accurately.
