Work closely with assembly technicians to ensure smooth production flow. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and minimizing waste. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Assist the Quality Manager with any quality or QLR-related tasks or projects. Provide support with inspections and rework tasks when necessary. What we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting; forklift experience is a plus. Stock and sort products for packaging, filling, and storage. Inspect and remove defective material. Package product as defined on the Packaging Specifications. Record finished and rejected or wasted material. Packaging orders for transit parcel and LTL. Labeling and packaging of tooling orders. Counting items for yearly inventory counts.
