Job Description:
About the Role:
The LineWorker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
Manually packaging finished goods
Setting up and adjusting line equipment
Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
Completing paperwork and quality checks
This full-time role pays $21.54 per hour on 2nd shift in Handpack with shift differential. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm. Monday - Friday
About You:

Ensure accurate filling of product and the secure sealing of bags
Conduct visual inspections of the product at various stages of production
Accurately record and maintain logs of all quality checks and production data
Operate an LP forklift safely and efficiently to transfer pallets of raw materials and finished goods between the production area and the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized production environment by regularly sweeping and cleaning around the furnace and bagging stations
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime will be required on a Friday. Qualifications:

"Final Assembly" operators set up, operate, monitor, and maintain the equipment as well as the product processed through the Final Assembly area.
How you will do it
Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to learn team skills and work in a team environment. Daily routine requires being on your feet nearly 100% of the time, walking, and standing, stooping, or bending. Must be able to lift, push and pull to remove extinguishers along the assembly line and pack extinguishers where average to heavy weight is involved. Monitors equipment and controls of Fill and Material Handling System; monitors inputs (air dryer, compressor, chemical flow, vacuum pressure, etc.) and makes the appropriate system adjustments.
