JOB PURPOSE: The Production Technician is responsible for building complex rehab equipment based on the order specifications received from ATPs and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares equipment for delivery according to the order specifications. Assures the assembled equipment matches the order specifications. Assists with receiving as needed. Assists with maintaining an organized warehouse. Sustains a clean, organized and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse. Participates in physical inventory counts and reconciliation. Adheres to employee and customer confidentiality and complies with Numotion's policies and federal regulations. Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED in related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered. One year experience in relevant mechanical experience. Basic computer skills (Word Processing, Email, Excel, and Internet). PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Experience with assembly of medical equipment is a plus. Warehouse inventory is a plus.
