Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently.
Use various power hand tools and equipment (orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, etc.) while making and assembling our high-quality doors.
Must follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
Enjoy working as a team as well as independently.
Be reliable and able to work overtime as needed.
Be detail-oriented and produce quality work.
MUST be able to read a tape measure and have good basic math skills.
Be familiar with hand and power wood working tools.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
Solid work history with good references.

Compensation:
DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
Pay range: $50,600 - $55,800 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 16%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.

Full time, Monday-Friday
Day and swing shifts
Available positions:
Solid Dose Packagers and Fillers: $18-$19/hr
Loads and unloads machines, cleans equipment, completes paperwork as required
Manufacturing Packagers: $18-$19/hr
Operate packaging equipment, label containers and products, and maintain equipment cleanliness
Weighers: $19-$20/hr
Sort and measure ingredients, pour and add them to scales, record weights, label containers, and maintain production logs
Blenders: $20-$21/hr
Sort, pour, and screen ingredients, add them to scales and blenders, label containers, complete production logs, and clean equipment
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus
Comfort with, or experience operating, machinery
Strong communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
