PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Press switches and turn knobs to start machines to package products. Inventory Management: Notify supervisors of low stock or the need for replenishment of components, ensuring production timelines are met. Problem Solving: Identify issues with parts, materials, or processes and communicate with supervisors to resolve them promptly. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of assembly tools and equipment to ensure functionality and longevity. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Control, Engineering, and Production Supervisors to address any production challenges and maintain workflow. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in production assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Basic soldering experience is preferred but not required Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and maintain focus for extended periods Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
