The ideal candidate will have strong hand-soldering skills, experience working with cables, wires, and connectors, and the ability to interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision. This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring high-quality builds for production. Key Responsibilities Perform hand soldering of wires, terminals, connectors, and small electronic components. Perform crimping, stripping, tinning, and splicing of wires and cables using hand tools and equipment. Inspect solder joints and cable assemblies to ensure compliance with workmanship standards (IPC). Follow production travelers, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and detailed assembly instructions. Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhear to safety guidelines. Qualifications 1+ years recent experience in soldering and cable/wire harness Proficient with hand tools: crimpers, strippers, tweezers, soldering irons, torque tools, etc. (prefered) Able to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation. knowledge of IPC-610 or IPC-620 is a strong plus.
