This role is responsible for the loading of aluminum extrusions onto the vertical wet coat paint line racks and unloading finished product after coating, ensuring correct handling, quality, and efficiency throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Load raw aluminum extrusions onto paint line racks according to work orders and profiles. Unload painted extrusions carefully to prevent damage to the finish. Identify and handle materials by shape, size, and order specification. Perform visual inspections to detect any visible defects before and after the painting process. Ensure proper spacing and alignment of materials on racks for optimal paint coverage. Tag and identify finished product correctly for downstream processes or shipping.
