* Calibrate scales and checkweighers daily or when relocated.
* Inspect cleaned parts on the production line and record daily packaging throughput, changeovers, and labor reports.
* Provide performance feedback on operators and collaborate with production management, mechanics, and Quality Assurance.
* Assist in training new employees.
Essential Skills
* Experience in pharmaceutical production and quality checks.
* Knowledge of GMP, SOP, bottling, packaging, production, batching, packing, and compounding processes.
* Ability to work as a Line Leader and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams.

Work Environment
The position requires working on the 1st shift (6:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) for 4 weeks of training. After training, you may be assigned to the 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.) based on availability. Rotating holiday shifts are required. The work environment includes a 45-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
