**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
+ Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
+ Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
+ Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
+ Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products

+ Work with machinery and material handling equipment
+ Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ 2 years experience developing and implementing training programs and processes or 2 years leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center
+ Proficient computer skill, including Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to lead discussions, make presentations, and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience
+ Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
+ Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience
+ Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
+ Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Pay Range:$59,400.00 - $100,200.00

**We are actively seeking high level Automation Tech III/IV's specializing in electro-mechanical maintenance on our automated systems. Join our team and play a pivotal part of launching Hobart's newest fully automated cold-storage expansion! Your expertise will be vital in driving our success and fostering innovation.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain and troubleshoot all systems and subsystems of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), including conveyors, robotic arms, and End of Arm Tools.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system components, including sensors, PLCs, fieldbus communication, and network systems.
+ Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and adjustments to ensure system reliability.
+ Replace and repair conveyor mechanical components (chains, belts, rollers, drive motors) and control system sensors (photo-eyes, proximity, electronic sensors).
+ Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in CMMS and report issues to management with estimated repair timelines.
+ Assist and train automation technicians in troubleshooting and repair procedures.
+ Ensure a clean and organized work environment by removing replaced parts and maintaining equipment areas.
+ Work safely in cold environments and at heights, following all company safety protocols.
**Technical Requirements:**
+ Strong working knowledge of 480V, 277V, and 120V electrical systems (single and three-phase).
+ Advanced experience with PLCs, network diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns.
+ Mechanical and electrical aptitude to replace and maintain RGV and crane components.
+ Experience with CMMS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Physical ability to perform equipment inspections, mechanical repairs, and component replacements.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in varying temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius
+ Ability to work in confined spaces and working at heights up to 100 feet
+ Ability to lift 50Ibs/23Kgs.
