Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and adjustments to ensure system reliability. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs and parts usage. Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment. Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed. Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Previous experience in forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance preferred. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Certifications: OSHA, forklift certification, or related technical training is a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
