Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

As an maintenance technician I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a diverse range of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, aerial lifts, and more. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train in other maintenance areas such as building and refrigeration maintenance to expand your skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and aerial lifts.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate service records, documenting repairs and parts usage.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in forklift maintenance, automotive, diesel, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Certifications: OSHA, forklift certification, or related technical training is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cold storage environments, and operate tools/equipment safely.

Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
