What You Bring to the Table: * 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. * Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive working environment. * Comfortable working in varying temperatures-from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry warehouse conditions (up to 100°F/37°C). * Physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs./18 kg as required. * Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or overtime when needed. * Comfortable working in environments with variable noise levels. 1st Shift- Monday-Friday-6am-2pm 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Use forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. INDSP Manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities of a medium or large non-automated or automated facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The Unloader I is responsible for unloading merchandise in accordance with established safety, procedural and accuracy standards to meet the warehouse operation goals. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records Track and send reports to designated plant personnel Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with machinery and material handling equipment Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization Perform assigned projects as instructed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Strong conflict management skills Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Why Lineage? Supervise team members responsible for compiling records and managing data involved with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for the facility.
