Overhead (OH) Utility Lineman- Class A The Class A Utility Lineman is a highly skilled professional responsible for the construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of energized and de-energized overhead and underground electrical distribution systems. SUMMARY: The Telecommunications Tower Antenna Line Foreman's job is to oversee job sites and construction projects including goal setting and organization of activities to ensure objectives are met.
