We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician, II who is responsible for supporting customer on and off site. This includes working with control software to integrate customer test requests, performing test equipment calibrations, executing troubleshooting efforts on test cell equipment, and maintaining customers test equipment (Link systems as well as competitor's equipment. Main Responsibilities Include: Perform field checkout and start-up of industrial test stand and dynamometer upgrades Drives resolution and solution to complex diagnostics and servicing tasks with minimal supervision, including work on non-Link equipment. Complete functional checkout workbook and performance verification of equipment. Inspect & test all machine subsystems Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, instrumentation and data acquisition systems Perform equipment calibration to ISO 17025 standards Completes service reports, calibration, and maintenance reports as necessary Performs analysis and creates solutions to repair customer issues Performs maintenance and calibration of testing equipment Assists customers and provides suggestions on sound and acceptable practices on maintaining their equipment Maintains consistent and proactive communication with the customers about repairs, equipment, delays or obstacles as appropriate. Create and implement preventive maintenance strategies Conduct training for customers on the use of new and used equipment. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly instilling confidence in the willingness and ability to resolve an issue. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Company Policies and Safety Standards performing work in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. Performs both minor upgrades and large-scale installations reviewing the upgrade or installation plans to accurately determine the necessary parts and materials required for the job. All other related duties as assigned. Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2-year degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience commissioning and repairing industrial machines Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement support. Strong Customer Interaction Skills with the ability to work well in a Team. Ability to interpret Electrical schematic and Mechanical prints Strong troubleshooting skills to include, electrical noise, component issues, mechanical issues, fluid power issues Strong Drive/Inverter knowledge to include failures and faults, troubleshoot and repair, removal and installation Knowledge and awareness of Drives / Inverters (examples, Unico, ABB, Rockwell, GE, Allen Bradly) Ability to troubleshoot down to the board level to include pinpointing board failures, board repairs, etc. if needed High attention to detail for Customer satisfaction. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driver's license and passport. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk. Ability to speak verbally and read in English. Ability to see with corrective lenses. Ability to hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. At ShareDo, Business Solution Architects are trusted experts within our Professional Services team. You'll own end-to-end client solutions and take the lead on developing and driving a specific solution domain - what we call accelerators - such as real estate, corporate law, disputes, insurance claims, debt recovery, or insolvency. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that blends implementation consulting, domain leadership, and product influence. You'll design and configure ShareDo's platform in close partnership with clients, guide them through adoption, and help shape both the product and our solution strategy across the business. What you'll work on: Solution Design & Implementation * Work with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to ShareDo's platform through structured discovery and solution design. * Configure work types, workflows, forms, and document templates in a low-code environment, while coaching clients to develop their own configuration capabilities. * Lead delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle - from initial workshops to configuration, training, and go-live - ensuring timelines and estimates are met. Domain Leadership & Accelerator Ownership * Own a specific solution area (accelerator) and be the functional expert in that domain. Use your experience to define best practice, drive innovation, and shape the future of the solution. * Continuously evolve and improve accelerators based on client feedback, emerging trends, and real-world implementation experience.
