Company culture is amazing. There is a lot of interesting and lovely people to meet.
Some roles are under contract which doesn't give many benefits.
Getting free food with a different menu every day was definitely enjoyable.
The best part of working there was the environment. It was centered around nurturing growth. From your manager making us take mental health days, to company meetings, and my favorite, the ability to learn from everyone without anyone caring about competition.
I am very straightforward, but in all honesty, there was nothing that I did not like about working there.
My favorite perk was the ability to create my own schedule. I found that the trust that my superiors gave me to get things done on time in an excellent manner enabled me to get things done fast and exceptionally well.
The environment is really nice, work life balance, free snacks and lots of activities like In-day.
It was awesome. Can't say enough positive things about it.
