The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on how to apply NLP, AI, and ML techniques to the knowledge management segment, and will feel comfortable distilling and presenting technical solutions to both business and technical audiences. Candidates must possess strong structured thinking, communication skills, technical knowledge (ideally in the AI/ML/NLP space), as well as proven abilities to work jointly with software engineers, data scientists, and other subject experts. In This Role, You Will: Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform, perform detailed scoping exercises and feasibility studies. Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform to address customers' business challenges Provide input on product direction and strategy based on direct customer experience and feedback- serve as internal “voice of the customer” within Pryon Build and validate powerful RAG workflows leveraging and extending Pryon's platform. Perform customer-facing configuration, software development and testing, solution deployment, training, and change management activities - to drive successful go-lives of Pryon-powered customer solutions and stimulate adoption and business value.
