What employees say about salary at LinkUs Enterprises
None that I can think of except that I don’t work there anymore.
Inconsistent working hours. Only 40 hours PTO each year. Management has ever-increasing demands for better performance with no increases in pay. Bonuses that used to make your paycheck a somewhat livable wage have been taken away and they act like that didn’t happen. They force their employees to work in unsafe working conditions regularly. Getting a raise seems to be nearly impossible and people that do get them have to wait for months and months to finally receive their vastly insufficient increases in pay. Management constantly touts the company profits and their retirement plan while letting their lower level employees starve. They are so out of touch it’s pathetic. It’s a wonder that anyone stays or how a company of that size thinks that is a proper way to run their business.
The “premium” health insurance plan is decent but costs far too much.
They will hire anyone with a pulse that can con old people into buying a soundbar.
That you don’t have to see them every day.
Fire all of the management team and bring in competent management that cares about the wellbeing of their employees.
