12 holidays a year

Cons of working at Linn County

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement. Waaay too much favoritism. Due to union structure and HR policies, only COLA raises after the 1st 3 years

Online prep/coaches. Have had 3 interviews there outside current position with no call back (even to say no thanks)

No room for substantial raises except if you're a Mgr (bonuses for them)
