What you'll be doing
Running weekly team meetings
Reviewing the market financial reports and adapting the business strategy based on revenue and performance targets
Interviewing and hiring new team members, training and coaching them to make sure they are hitting performance targets
Meeting with existing and potential clients to ensure we understand their needs and delivering services accordingly
Liaising with senior management to provide updates on market activities and performance
Ideal candidates will have experience in recruiting, sales and management within the IT staffing industry, as well as have expertise in IT staffing solutions and the competitive landscape. Having a collaborative, performance-driven and metrics-minded approach, as well as the ability to manage a team to consistently achieve success while promoting Modis' culture are essential to this role.
