Job Summary: The Business/Sales Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of short- and long-term projects, including sales proposals and company-wide innovations/improvements. They will ensure project goals are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The project manager will also manage project risks and issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for company-wide innovations. Manage sales proposal response from receipt of request through to delivery of final proposal; following proposals, manage pre-sales process through contract execution.
