Your responsibilities: * Order Management/ Fulfillment: The CSR is responsible for accurate order entry, contract application, and price confirmation management. The CSR will solicit customer orders based on customer trends and/or customer inventory. This person will also work cross-functionally with mill schedulers, transportation, sales and supply chain to ensure Ardent Mills is meeting our customer's expectations. * Customer Relationship Management: The CSR will act as a liaison between the customer and all internal Ardent Mills functions. In addition, this person will acquire/maintain customer insight/information and provide it to the business. * Incident Management: The CSR will work to resolve customer incidents, collaborating with all parties to make decisions that are best for all involved. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and oversee remediation strategies for sites impacted by current and legacy contamination. * Manage consultants and contractors to execute remediation projects safely and efficiently. * Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies (EPA, state environmental departments) and community stakeholders regarding cleanup and remediation activities. * Review technical documentation including sampling plans, remediation designs, and regulatory reports. * Monitor project performance, budgets, consultant efficiency and timelines. * Support release incident response, investigation and root cause analysis. * Lead the development and execution of environmental release prevention programs across manufacturing sites. * Conduct site assessments to identify potential spill and release risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to design and implement controls that minimize environmental release risks. * Monitor and analyze environmental release data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Support training programs on environmental release prevention (including SPCC and SWPPP training programs for site personnel). * Review and standardize SPCC plans for all applicable facilities in accordance with EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 112, and coordinate with a PE as required). * Ensure proper secondary containment, spill response equipment, and facility design features are in place and maintained by each facility. * Ensure inspection programs are in place to perform SPCC audits of tanks, piping, containment systems, and loading/unloading areas. * Collaborate with environmental team on review and submission of NPDES/SPDES permitting and implementation of site permitting requirements. * Review and standardize site-specific SWPPP documentation for all applicable sites in compliance with EPA and state stormwater regulations (e.g., NPDES/SPDES permits). * Assist environmental team and site to ensure systems are in place to monitor and document stormwater sampling, visual inspections, and corrective actions. * Develop and standardize the following: * Stormwater assessments and inspections of chemical manufacturing operations, including storage areas, loading docks, and waste handling zones. * Assessments for identifying potential sources of stormwater pollution and recommendations of engineering and administrative controls. * Best management practices (BMPs) to be used by applicable sites to comply with SWPPP requirements. * Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations related to spill prevention and stormwater pollution prevention. * Responsible for monitoring development of the CWA Hazardous Substance Facility Response Plans regulation. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in environmental remediation, preferably within chemical manufacturing or industrial settings. * Strong understanding of RCRA, SPCC, NPDES permitting, SWPPP development, chemical processes and remediation technologies. * Proven experience managing complex remediation projects and regulatory interactions. * Excellent leadership, analytical communication, and project management skills. * Proficiency in environmental modeling software, GIS, and data analysis tools. * Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CHMM) is a plus. * Experience with secondary containment design and spill response planning. * Experience with developing and standardizing identified compliance programs. Position Purpose: The Strategic Content and Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting the positioning, promotion and execution of our corporate brand strategies that support the overall objectives of the business and generate demand. This role will, in partnership with marketing and other cross-functional teams, develop, nurture and grow the brand and its positioning in the marketplace through content amplification and campaign strategy. This role will report to the Director of Brand and Performance Marketing and is responsible for collaborating with the rest of the team to strategically grow and develop the marketing team and its priorities. Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities: * Develop and execute strategic plans to protect and grow the brand while creating and executing highly impactful solution campaigns. * Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop winning content that drives engagement with industry stakeholders and customers, driving awareness of the Ardent Mills brand and generating customer leads. * Developing solution marketing plans including market research, positioning, value proposition and messaging that resonate with our target customers. * Ability to inspire work through others by developing stimulating briefs, initiating strategic feedback and professionally demonstrating partnership when it comes to agency management. * Own content and campaign analytics and reporting; working alongside agency partners to provide ROI measurement and analysis to the business. * Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence. * Develop and uphold brand policies, guidelines and standards across all initiatives for the global organization. * Initiate and develop creative ideas for the corporate website, marketing campaigns and cross-channel digital platforms (social media, email, etc.). * Manage and develop one direct report and two contractors that support our overall brand and creative deliverables. * Lead initiatives to improve design materials and internal processes. * Work collaboratively with the VP of Marketing in the development and management of fiscal year (FY) planning and the articulation of those plans to cross-functional teams. * Ensure effective and accurate management and reporting of the Marketing & Communications budget. * Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on the development and continuous improvement of department scorecards, ensuring the information is pertinent, drives decision making and is accurate. Required Education, Experience, Skills: * Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines required. * Minimum of 5 years of food industry and/or B2B experience. * Experience with ingredient marketing and/or sales and with direct experience building and executing demand generation campaigns. * Knowledge of and experience of managing corporate branding strategies and the execution of tactics to support and grow brand value internally and externally. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, marketing and R&D. * Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive the opportunity to completion * Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills, proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English required. * Computer literacy including competency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to operate complex software programs required. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $102,600.00 - $136,896.10, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 15% Annual.
