profound understaffing, the burden of unrealistic goals, brutal hours, managements new age performative art piece called “Empathy”, the impact of compassion fatigue, reversal of certain compensation/benefits, a lack of work-life balance, planning all PTO requests 3 months in advance and an appalling refusal of management to provide support when it is most desperately needed
