Marine Assembly
Under the direction of the Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for building windshields that are free from defect and adhere to expected quality specifications
Duties and Responsibilities

* Runs power/air tools and utilizes drivers/mallets, on a precision basis for the purpose of building window systems.

Requirements:
* Any combination of education is equivalent to a high school diploma.

* Knowledge of blueprint reading with ability to identify reference marks for purposes of maintaining accurate parts or modifying those that may not meet the specified standards.

* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, twenty-five (25) to thirty (30) times per day.

Difficulty of work
The ability and understanding to make practical and consistent decisions, with product and personnel, is essential to the function. Employees must possess the ability to follow verbal and written instructions to interpret technical guides as well as maintain practical knowledge of tools and shipping and receiving procedures.
Responsibility
Incumbent is responsible for following general directions given by Manufacturing Manager and Team Leader. Work is reviewed for adherence to instruction and overall quality. A high degree of accuracy is required to ensure on time deliveries, incoming and outgoing. Errors in the following instructions will result in incorrect and late shipments and customer dissatisfaction.
Personal work relationships
Incumbent has contact with other plant employees. The purposes of these contacts are to exchange information regarding specific standards to maintain production standards and goals.
Physical effort and work environment
Work is performed in a typical, comfortable, well-lit, production environment. Work may consist of times requiring some decision making in the application of appropriate methods necessary to make parts fit. Frequent heavy lifting and repeated twisting of parts in unusual ways, however, may require an individual who possesses the agility and stamina to perform work.

Supervision: This position does not supervise anyone.
Hours: Monday-Thursday; 5:00am-3:00pm

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Workers in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds (50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.
Ability to work independently with general instructions.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Workers in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds (50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.
Ability to work independently with general instructions.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
Ability to make independent judgments which have a moderate impact on the company.
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Grader to join our team at our Forest Park, GA location. This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This role is very labor-intensive and involves working in a warehouse environment where it can be dirty, dusty, and physically demanding.. Ideal candidates will have a background in recycling, solid waste, construction, or other heavy labor industries where working in tough conditions is normal. The Grader is responsible for loading and unloading used truck tires, grading each tire based on remaining tire life, sorting tires by grade, and accurately tracking inventory. Training will be provided, but candidates must be comfortable with hard physical work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and unload truck tires from trailers.
Assist in loading and unloading truck tires throughout the day.
Roll tires from station to station for processing.
Inspect and determine the “grade” of used tires.
Sort and separate tires by grade and track inventory accurately.
Apply labels on tires and ensure proper tagging for inventory.
Operate and maintain equipment used in the grading process.
Perform light equipment maintenance as needed.
Enter data and grading information into a tablet or electronic form.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Comfortable working in a dirty, dusty, and physically demanding environment.
Prior experience in recycling, solid waste, construction, or other heavy labor industries strongly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to inspect quickly and accurately.
Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to count accurately up to 100.

Perform General shop duties which would include cleaning up shop, sweeping, keeping shop clean

Media Blasting
Helping other techs with repairs
Perform basic dis-assembly & reassembly tasks
Remove and Replace damaged body parts, panels, etc.
Perform shrinking and stretching operations common found in bodyshop operations
