People made the job not awful or stressful. Genuinely love the job because of the people I worked with.

Management was awful and did not care enough to make the work environment easier. Equipment was outdated, huge safety risk. Manger of the plant was extremely rude and unfair and favored employees for no reason.

Biweekly pay, $19 hourly, 45+ hours and not far from home.
