Liquidnet CEO and leadership

Brian Conroy is a Chief Executive Officer at Liquidnet and is based in Darien, Connecticut. He has experience at ABN Amro Maroc SA and has worked as PRESIDENT OF FCM at Fidelity Investments, MD at JPMORGAN CHASE & CO, and President at Fidelity International. Brian attended Avon Old Farms School between 1979 and 1982 and DARTMOUTH COLLEGE between 1982 and 1986.

As Chief Financial Officer of Liquidnet, Scott is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, controllership and strategy globally. He directs and oversees all Liquidnet’s financial and treasury activities, including raising capital and analyzing new business initiatives, from both a financial and strategic perspective. Scott reports to the President and directs a global team of over 20 finance personnel.

Scott joined Liquidnet in 2008 to help build out the finance team and broaden the analytical and operational skill set of the organization. He has since held several leadership roles at Liquidnet, including Head of Americas Finance and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he helped build Liquidnet’s finance group into the global team it is today.

Prior to joining Liquidnet, Scott worked for seven years at General Electric in various corporate finance management roles including Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and M&A Integration Support. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Chief Product and Strategy Officer with over a decade of experience in global technology solutions and products, dedicating her career to creating products that optimize trading interfaces, bring intelligent analytics to the forefront, and provide transparency into the investment lifecycle. Responsible for partnering with the CEO on corporate strategy development, evaluating market opportunities, and ensuring strategy execution across the firm. Also responsible for driving the translation of Liquidnet’s corporate vision into a product vision and strategy for the Global Investment Network.

In 2019, Natasha was named Technology Innovator of the Year at Waters Technology’s Women in Technology Awards. In 2017, she was awarded the Rising Star title at Markets Choice Awards, Women in Finance.

Dan Wolff is a Chief Operating Officer, Americas at Liquidnet and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as Sales Strategy, Analysis and Operations at Liquidnet; Strategic Account Manager at Bridge Information Systems; and Director of Sales Operations at Liquidnet. Dan studied at Cornell University between 1992 and 1996 and Massachusetts Historical Society.

Jeri brings over thirty years of experience to her role as the Chief People Officer for Liquidnet, the global institutional trading network. In this role she is responsible for overseeing global human resources, leadership development and organizational development for the company. Since joining the firm in 2007, Jeri has developed a number of innovative and award winning approaches to employee engagement.

Jeri also oversees Liquidnet for Good, the company’s corporate social engagement program. In this role, she works with the company in order to leverage its resources - financial, human capital, technology and expertise - to create local and global impact. Liquidnet for Good includes a series of programs including Liquidnet’s Signature project - the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village (ASYV), a pioneering project helping orphans of Rwanda’s genocide. She is member of the ASYV Board of Directors.

Under Jeri’s leadership, Liquidnet has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in New York” by Crain’s New York Business, the most adoption-friendly workplace in the financial services industry for the third consecutive year by the Dave Thomas Foundation, and received the CECP Excellence Award in Corporate Philanthropy.
