Responsibilities

Communicate individual assessment findings and recommendations in oral, written, audio, video, or other forms.
Confer with professionals on the individual treatment team to develop, coordinate, or integrate treatment plans.
Customize treatment programs for the IDD population.
Design music therapy experiences to meet individual goals or objectives.
Establish individual goals or objectives for music therapy treatment, considering needs, capabilities, interests, and overall therapeutic program
Observe and document individual reactions, progress, or other outcomes related to music therapy.
